Doing pretty good considering the current plauge

Nowadays I’ve been making a conscious effort to write positive reviews when I am satisfied with the customer service I received in a Business.

Every other morning I Order a nitro with no sugar and coconut milk or a beverage with no sugar.
I am very well aware of one of those customers that can be a little particular to say the least. The staff is very professional and friendly. I love the music they Play, it’s not that boring elevator music. There is this one gentleman there in particular. He is there every morning and always looks like he is the light of the party, he is always energetic, friendly and professional dancing around sometimes making coffee. The definition of an outstanding barista.

What made me write this review was a note that was stapled onto my bag. I am a huge supporter of the LGBTQ community. I have posted the pictures below.

Average for a Starbucks. No problems. Staff is sometimes friendly. Coffee is good.
They seem to be understaffed. Wait time are sometimes long. Restrooms are sometimes messy/dirty. Last time I went there a flock of crows were feasting on the overflowing trash can in front of the door. The staff was clearly overwhelmed by the rush of customers.
