Supreme Barbecue

Man this place is sooo good. Even seems like it’s been getting better. It’s not cheap but it’s worth the price. I’m always saying to myself “man this shxx is good”, while I’m eating it. Sometimes I even say it out loud…ask my wife.

The jerk chicken is surprisingly very good. I say surprisingly because you would expect it to just be average considering this isn’t a Caribbean restaurant. But if you think about it, jerk chicken is actually a bbq item traditionally so it makes sense. I’ve tried LOT of jerk chicken and I’d say this is definitely top 3 in the DMV and hands down the best in this neighborhood. I only get dark meat btw.

The brisket is banging, the smoked wings are darn good…the fries, mac and cheese…great. The greens are I would say just good but definitely good enough to buy. The sweet sauce is the best imo.

Keep it up Supreme….don’t slack off like most Carryout do after awhile.

This is a cute little casual food restaurant. They have about 8 - 10 stools to sit inside, but the setup seems to be for you to pickup your food and leave. I can’t remember off the top of my head, but there may be outdoor seating. We tried their brisket which was cooked perfectly and tastes amazing! Unfortunately, that was the only thing that did. The macaroni and cheese was disgusting and so were the sweet potatoes. If you are used to African-American style cooking, I would not recommend! The boba however, was also great! We will definitely come back for the meat and boba! They also offer some Filipino options that we will likely try when we return. Also, I want to mention that the staff are very friendly and very helpful! You guys have a nice group of people working back there!

Newly opened restaurant in my neighborhood. The staff was very polite and prepared my order quickly. The boba was delicious, I’ll definitely be back to try the different boba flavors. I wasn’t impressed with the smoked wings or the candied sweet potatoes.

Food was good. Ribs were really meaty. Smoked wings are very good. Can taste the rub and flavor. The brisket was a tad salty...but it was tender as well. A much needed change in Clinton.
