The customer service was great. The restaurant was clean, people standing waiting were cool. All went well. Then...I get the 4 piece box. First, the fries are indeed soggy. What's worse is there was ZERO seasoning on any of the food. I mean NONE. This was a sheer let down. The sauce has a vinegar taste to me. Which is a no. I would have done better by getting wings and mumbo sauce or Chick-fil-A nuggets. I'm not joking. I gave it a try and sadly, I will not be going back. The three stars are the customer service and cleanliness of the building. That drive through line was ridiculous. I would have been mad waiting that long to be disappointed.

Shoppers is right there. Get some seasonings!

The food was freshly made.....The tenders were good and the house dipping sauce wasn't bad. The fries need work, but that is some of the best toast I have had.
A bit overpriced but can compete with the likes of Slim Chicken, but needs more options to compete with the likes of Zaxby's.
I would recommend a try, And the drive thru line is long due to new opening...

My first time going to Cane’s! Keith was my server and he did a great job with making sure my food was hot and as I ordered it! Since so many reviews said the fries were soggy, I asked for well done fries and tenders! My food was good and well seasoned! The sweet tea was good too. The coleslaw was ok.

I went to the store during its grand opening time which meant the lines were extremely long but yet they moved very quickly it reminded me of another chicken place. I decided to go in because I wanted to take a look around I like what I saw on the walls as far as the decorations go. I like how everyone in the store spoke I like the system that they had designed to take the order ask for the name and call your name out when the food was done it didn't take very long for the food to be cooked and hand it to me I was amazed by how fast I received my order. I also like the fact that my order was correct even though they had a lot of employees in the back because of the grand opening the person that took my order greeted me with a smile and thank me after it was through. After tasting the bread first of all which was ok. The bread is really just ok . It was rumored that the bread was extremely good it's only okay . They have two sauces honey mustard and cane sauce. I prefer the cane sauce but the honey mustard was good. The prices we're very fair. For those of you who are familiar. Ok this store highly reminds me of Zaxby's chicken fingers. My choice out of the two is not Raising Cane. I will definitely return several times with my family and recommend the tender golden brown Chicken Fingers. Next visit I'll try the chicken sandwich. Okay I can't go without saying this I also had some lemonade and that lemonade was Ok and Not comparable to another chicken place I will definitely order the lemonade again.
