Excellent customer service the lady treated me well and even gave me a cupcake for valentines. Delicious food too

The food is delicious. The reason I only gave 3 stars is because he customer service isn’t great. The person who usually answers the phone always sounds like you are bothering her and rushes you off the phone. This is ALL the time as I frequent this place. Than there is almost always chatter amongst the employees to where when you are there for pick up, they are busy by the kitchen laughing and holding conversation and just ignoring you. They slam the kitchen door a lot so if you stay and eat prepare to be annoyed by that because it is loud. Than last but not least they don’t have a menu with prices. So You don’t know what options they have or how much they cost. If this was a traditional american chain restaurant they would’ve not been allowed to give such mediocre service.

Called in advance, was told my order would take 40 minutes. It’s the same lady who answered the phone and is the same lady who is there by herself at the front as always. So if there is 3 different hostess, than I only ever see the same one. I arrived and my food still wasn’t ready. This is unacceptable. Others came in behind me who had also called and were complaining. The kitchen door slammed so many times I got a headache. And No there is no menu visible at all. So if you as the owner would like to post photos of where they are located that would be great because there is nothing behind the hostess stand other than a television. Again the food isn’t the problem it’s that the service is slow and not always. Instead of replying that you will address the issues, actually do it because most of the negative reviews complain about the same issues with service.

I have tried nearly every entree on the menu. The food is addictive! Only thing is, if you are not patient, you will not enjoy the wait time. It always takes a while for the food to cook. But, that's fine with me because it always comes out piping hot and delicious.

Definitely one of the best Nigerian Eatery’s in the area, as far as food. This is where I take any friend new to Nigerian food. Get the spinach with the rice you’ll enjoy it. Also and I can’t emphasize this more, Call before you come and pick up your food otherwise prepare for a long wait. Customer service isn’t the best depending on who’s at the front desk but the owner is super nice. I’ve been coming here for the last 2 years and I order by phone and pick up and go. Even when I’m taking friends to sit down and eat I order by phone First and let them know we’re sitting. It’s not horrible service or anything it’s just not a fast food place. I typically call when I’m about 20 minutes away.
