    The food here is the best at tanger outlet. Great customer services as will. Also like the pineapple hats.

    I highly recommend Noi's Kitchen. I love Thai food and the Pad Thai and Pineapple fried rice are amazing when I'm craving a taste for Thai food. Everything is fresh and prepared to order. Delicious food and excellent service. Yum. Go and get some food from Noi's Kitchen.

    We love this place!! They're Pad Thai is amazing and my husband raves about their Beef Basil. I wish they had more locations closer to home.

    EXCELLENT PLACE. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME EXPERIENCE AT THE TANGER OUTLETS AND MY WIFE AND I DECIDED TO DINE HERE.
    THE FOOD IS AMAZING AND NIZAR WAS AN ABSOLUTE BEST FOOD TRUCK FRONT FACE IVE EVER MET. GO THERE AND ASK FOR THE THAI FRIED RICE AND THAI ICED TEA.
