The egg Benedict was runny and tasty, the French toast was rich and filling. Great service and beautiful decor

Meghan, our server, was amazing, friendly, laughs, smiles, knowledgeable, over all 100% recommend her.

Food was delicious, with very small setbacks. The mushroom linguine was amazing. Tacos, meh. Bread and bar service was great. Desert, got to Tasty Toucan instead.

Atmosphere was beautiful.

Recommend trying this place.

Gorgeous, cozy setting with incredible food. Perfect spot to celebrate something special or just to people watch after weddings;)

The restaurants pretentiousness is accommodating for the sub par food. Price point did not match the quality and presentation. I would not go back for the food, messy cut onions in my french onion soup with a sad strip of bread that had a sprinkle of burnt gruyere on it. The burger was an impressively cooked medium, but had a very small slice of tomato and few red onion slices. The meat tasted slightly high end (rosetta farms), but the brioche was dry and not very good. The french fries were unique looking but did not taste that great. Would be better recooked at home. The ambiance was quite good. The wait staff were very friendly. The food was not impressive, but kudos to the chef for cooking a perfect medium.

Best kept secret on the island. Can’t say enough about 1820 and how good the food and service is. From Kristin being welcoming behind the bar to Kent making you feel welcomed, to the most enjoyable food you can’t go wrong. All the servers (jade and Brittany) were pleasant and accommodating and the food was excellent.
