    Staff needs some work but Shane and theresa do there very best to keep a nice clean well kept store and things are usually good and if they aren't they do their best to correct it

    Went through the drive thru.... fries and nuggets were nice and HOT....soda was amazing. A + for the employees tonight!

    Very clean and food was hot and fresh.. Fast Service too! Customer service is AWESOME! They have a very nice lady that encourages and shows you how to use the new touch screen self service kiosk. She was very polite and helpful.

    For a McDonald's, they are not horrible. They are about average. Drive through employees are always so sweet an I have not had one mistake on food. So guess that's as good as it gets at McDonald's. Just steer clear of the one in Williamsport. Foods always old, cold or wrong. And employees try to bum cigarettes through the drive through window.
