    The food at this Chipotle was only okay. The rice was a bit crunchy and I found a bug on my lettuce. Without a doubt the worst Chipotle I have been to. Food was still good, considering

    I waited 20 or so minutes for an order I placed 25 minutes prior to arriving at the restaurant. The staff was apologetic and polite. The first placard on the menu boasted "waitlessness" in regards to the online ordering service. It was at best slightly better than showing up and waiting in line during the dinner rush.

    Food is standard good level of chipotle. If you do the order ahead here though they are the slowest I've ever saw. Add a half hour to your pickup time easily. Even more during busy times. Staff is nice but yeah I don't do online order at this one anymore.

    For me Chipotle has achieved the status of comfort food. I travel around the east coast and I can always count to walk into a Chipotle and received good food, great service in a familiar environment.

    Food is great. Staff is friendly. I just don't care much for the ordering style and atmosphere. Next time, I will try to order online and perhaps I'll change review then.
