It was somewhat busy while we were there. It felt like they may have been understaffed. Every few minutes the intercom system would say customer needs assistance at _________. People were waiting at the different activities. Our game card was read by a game that didn’t function properly. One two player game I guess the 2 player didn’t work so it applied the credits to the first player. We didn’t really feel like trying to track someone down but after another game didn’t shoot the balls, we finally tracked someone down and they did allow our son to play another game of his choice. A couple of the games were not working. They did however have someone going around fixing games. The kids basketball game didn’t have a basketball. The halo game had an empty liquor bottle behind one of the seats. One of the VR games had an empty container of sanitizing wipes. Hand sanitizer stations were set up throughout. A lot of people were not wearing mask. Overall it has an ok selection of games geared more towards older kids and adults.

Has a huge game room with different variety of games to play. Free parking and handicap parking. Has a small food area, 2 rooms for any type of child parties. Can cash in tickets from games played and can cash them in for bigger nice items. Has public restrooms and handicap restrooms. Children must be accompanied by an adult.

I'm being generous. The place wants you to spend way too much to get any tickets for prizes. You get a better return when spending money at Dave & Busters.
