Very friendly staff the hostess sophia was very nice and knowledgeable on the menu. The bento special was fresh and excellent tasting. I highly recommend this place.

The best tasting sushi in town. I've been to other places but they seem to lack the flavor. They're not skimpy with the toppings here and it's very satisfying to eat. The portion sizes are reasonable.

For a date of two, we spend $60 including tip to go from starving to bursting full. This includes the soup, sushi, soda, sake, and dessert.

Service is very friendly.

Review edit: we have been regular customers for about a year here, and the service and food has been exceptional. Every.Single.Time. I have yet to find a sushi place that has better food and service.

We love Ikebana! In fact, we love it so much that we drive over 45 minutes just to eat there! It has been a place that we frequent to celebrate special occasions, a family meal, or a date night for the husband and I. We especially love the volcano and sunshine rolls. They are extraordinary! Beautiful decor and ambiance!

My Mom and I with my two daughters ate at 1 pm.We all enjoyed our meals. The restaurant is very well kept and clean. Our waiter was very friendly and prompt. If your in the Salisbury area do yourself a flavor and try Ikebana.

Our little family has been going here for years now and it's the best place. We like the Staff and we like the sushi. It's always been very consistent with the food and everything we've ever tried has been delicious. Highly recommended if you like sushi.
