Ledo Pizza

Pizza was good. We typically get precooked bacon on our pizza and there was crispy bacon crumbed all over the pizza. Today when I got it it had one small piece of limpy bacon on each piece of pizza. This shocked me! Has Ledos changed the way they put bacon pizza? Every time we have ever ordered a bacon pizza from any Ledos there was crispy bacon crumbled all over the pizza and it was delicious.

Older lady running restaurants needs to cover her mouth when she’s coughing. Teenager employees were nice and helpful. Food was ok. Older lady wouldn’t listen to younger employee how to fix an error and did it the wrong I’m guessing because there were two charges for $50 on my card one was removed but it took 5 days to be removed off my card. Older lady wasn’t very friendly and didn’t inform she made a mistake and it would take several days for the refund, I looked in my transactions at home and understood why older lady gave me a sneaky look when she handed me food and I received no receipt. If she’s the owner customer service from her was a zero unfriendly bitter.

Good service and atmosphere, but for the price, I prefer my ledos not to be doughy and undercooked. The reason I love Ledos is the thin and crispy dough and crust. So, I will just have to make sure it is cooked right next time.

Ordered online a family special. Went to pick it up and the two guys working there were so nice to us, even helped us bring our food to the car. The manager was nice also. The best part was that everything we ordered was fresh and the pizza was so delicious. Thank you and definitely recommend!

Food is okay, not great but certainly not bad. Staff needs some serious work, more training and experience. It was like everyone was fairly new to brand new. It took an excessively long time to place a simple order and in the end it was messed up, we just went along with it because it was a minor mix-up. Kitchen service was also slow. Kids meal nuggets and fries covered in old bay... I would say for kids not use to spices, this is not a good idea for any restaurant. I'd recommend getting the training and teamwork worked out before the busy season.
