OK, this is a little late, but after being back home for a few weeks, this review of our stay at Candleberry just had to be written. Everything about our stay was excellent. The room was comfortable and spacious and made up each day of our 7 day stay. The availability of beach chairs and towels for our four beach days was so convenient and appreciated. Above all else, however, was the gracious availability of gluten free options for breakfasts and afternoon snacks every day; nowhere else have I had fresh, homemade GLUTEN FREE cookies made for me! Marco and Angelo are fantastic hosts and we will definitely return to this Cape Cod inn. Jeff and Kathi

Our recent 5 night stay at the Candleberry Inn could not have been more perfect. This is a beautiful and historic property in a great location, with convenient access for all sightseeing in the Cape area.
The innkeepers, Marco and Angelo, are incredible hosts and really treat their guests as family. Angelo is an amazing cook and we greatly enjoyed his daily breakfasts with fresh spices from the garden and his delicious homemade recipes. Marco is a great host, and we really enjoyed talking with him, and the fact that he would sit down with us every day and give tips and information on exploring the Cape. We highly recommend the Candleberry Inn!

I cannot say enough good things about our stay at Candleberry Inn! Marco and Angelo were exceptional hosts and not a detail went unnoticed. Our room, the Garden Suite, was spacious, meticulously cared for, and well appointed with everything you could need for a worry-free getaway. Breakfast was fresh, delicious, and beautifully prepared. We spent a day at the beach during our stay and the beach chairs and towels were a nice extra. The inn was centrally located in Brewster, within walking distance of restaurants, the beach, and nearby bike trails. We would absolutely stay again!

My niece and I took took a quick trip to Brewster to visit family and stumbled upon the Candleberry Inn on Cape Cod. It is wonderful. We were struck by the integrity in preserving the history and many items of the original inn. The guestbook dating back to the early 1900s was a favorite. Marco and Angelo are great hosts whose soothing and welcoming energy fill the inn. The restoration is beautiful and well thought out with careful attention to details of modern comfort. The food and service are excellent. We particularly like the fact that Candleberry is a green inn and open through late autumn. We certainly plan stay there again in the fall.
