    pricey - $25 for whole belly clam roll and fish sandwich nothing else! normally a whole belly clam roll comes with fries and cole slaw, not here! surprised that for 15.95 you get a hot dog roll and clams. tiny ones not the big fat juicy ones.

    Food is very good and reasonably priced. Service is pretty good and fast. There is no place to eat in doors, it is outside seating only or you take it to go.

    I have driven by Cobie's dozens of times and kept meaning to stop. Pulled in today while riding my motorcycle. I had a delicious cheeseburger and a soda. Lots of others enjoying ice cream or seafood. The seating is outside but there were plenty of shady spots to sit. I'll definitely stop in again.

    A great memory of my childhood 65 years ago and still the same today. They were the first (and still the best) place that I ever had peppermint stick ice cream. Stop by for a good hamburger, a root beer float, and of course the wonderful icecream.

    Nice little neighborhood spot in Brewster. Good lobster rolls and ice cream too! If I’m in the area again I would definitely visit
