(September 21, 2019, 11:24 pm)A small tragedy this place has only 4.1 stars as of now. The quahogs are phenomenal. It's an old school joint, frequented by an older crowd. You're not going there for the decor/ambiance. Great food. Clam cakes were great as well, came with a really fabulous dressing. Lobster roll was massive. Could be nice if they toasted that bun and threw some chives on.

(August 21, 2019, 1:31 pm)If you are craving a lobster roll, this may be the place! A pound of lobster on a toasted hot dog roll. Lobster has light mayo and no fillers. Couple of premium cocktails, Perfect!

(August 14, 2019, 2:17 pm)We absolutely love the Wooden Shoe and have been coming here for years! The best place in town to get a seafood dinner. Lobsters, steamers, scallops.. all fresh and cooked to perfection. Their lobster bisque and clam chowder are some of the best I've had as well. It's a must when we're here in the summer and we have a lot of fond family memories that include the Wooden Shoe! Definitely recommended.
