“Joe and Christine have done it again! The new restaurant has a beautiful atmosphere with great staff and delicious food! The decor is so tastefully done. It's an atmosphere that is casual and comfortable. I came in with my mom on a Friday night and we both had a delicious meal with a wonderful waitress. Christine was at the hostess stand welcoming everyone and Joe was helping in the kitchen and chatting with some customers at the bar. There was a steady flow of customers and everyone looked like they were having a great time. I know they will be so successful in this new location. I can't wait to go back!”

“We are spending the week in Dennis and found the Swan River Restaurant and are glad we gave it a chance. We've been there the last two nights and have reservations for Friday night. Food has been terrific. Beautifully prepared and plated and very fairly priced. The Seafood over rice in a spicy red sauce was perfect. The fish was fresh and perfectly prepared. The starter salad was fresh and crisp. Last night we had Haddock taco as a starter and it was delicious. The Swordfish for the main course was freshly caught and and delicious as well. The owner is a warm friendly person and her servers reflect her positive attitude. They were professional and very friendly. Give this restaurant a try. You will be happy you did.”

“We ordered for take away and the person answering the phone was very pleasant and patient. We got there exactly when they said it would be done and just as we walked in the door they were cutting it and boxing it! Perfect timing! The meat lovers pizza was DELICIOUS! It was absolutely covered in toppings and not soggy. We also ordered the sea escape which was quite good as well! I would recommend the meat lovers pizzas to everyone who likes meat!”

“Sat out on the deck overlooking the marina and the river. The view and atmosphere were both great. Our server was excellent. There when you wanted her but not hovering. Very patient and friendly. Steamers were good but a little sandy. At our table we had a clam roll, tons of clams on a nicely toasted roll. Scallop roll with scallops that were perfectly prepared and tasted like candy. Skip the chicken wings. Generic frozen type. Out of character compared to all of the other fresh food that we had. The cheeseburger was overcooked but otherwise very good. We really enjoyed our lunch and will be back.”

“Toss up if your order is 100% correct. When using drive thru I never get a receipt or napkins. Nope. Never. Today took the cake as when I pulled up to the window the staff did not say Hi, How much my order was, how much I gave them, or how much my change was.....lol. I was sarcastic and said thanks and she responded oh, thank you......wow. What training. I’ll usually get out of the car at the 132/28 location as they actually talk to you.”

“Jason's Tavern thinks it's a pub but actually it's a cute little restaurant. Located in a strip mall near a movie theater, CVS, and a couple of stores, Jason's has plenty of parking. The restaurant is divided into three distinctive areas. The first is a "family" dining area with tables, the second is a collection of cozy booths, and the last is a classic bar with a brass rail, stools, and high tables. The menu is large and includes pub favorites like burgers and fries, salads, and a range of entrees. The food is good but the servings tend to be large. We enjoy the ultimate nachos... an appetizer big enough to share as an entree. The waitstaff is quick and cheerful. Jason's fills up quickly in the summer so arrive early or be prepared to to wait.”

I wouldn't try to take a big group there over the summer because it may be hard to get in unless you go during the weekdays around 8 am. Everyone was extremely pleased with what they ordered. They let me customized my crepes. It was perfectly cooked! I would recommend the goat cheese and chive eggs if you like goat cheese. They were out of this world. “Absolutely amazing seafood! You'll need to queue during busy times. We had lobster rolls which were stuffed full of fresh delicious lobster and served with hot french fries and a homemade coleslaw. The views across the marina are unbeatable and we watched the sun glisten over the collection of boats as we sat on picnic style tables. All in all, certainly worth a visit, despite the queue... The salmon was perfectly cooked and the piece was the size of a dinner portion. The greens were fresh and crisp. the dressing flavorful. The waiter was attentive without hovering. “Great New England feeling fish and ice cream place! I ate the salmon sandwich which was delicious with an artisan flavor. My husband had the fish and chips which was very moist and flakey. You order at the counter and then find a spot to eat and they bring your food out to you. Most of the seating is outdoors and picnic tables. Seating and parking can be a bit limited. The ice cream is your typical soft serve. A nice ending to a good dinner. This was actually my daughter's taste of ice cream. All in all, if it's a nice night and your in the mood for fish check out Captain Frosty's.”
