400 East Restaurant

This restaurant is not far off RT 6 and across the street from Stop and Shop. In a small plaza. It has the comfortable fell of a local bar and very good food. I got backed scallops special and my wife got the fried cod fish that was also very good. The cod fish was lightly fried. My scallops were cooked well and nice and tender. This spot is a great stop for casual good dinning.

Super place for moderate priced dinners, service is quick and pleasant. Decent bar for single eaters and conversation. Always room and never much of a wait. A standard for locals.

By far my favorite place to go to, my wife and I would go every week, sometimes twice! the food is amazing and the staff is terrific! My wife and I have a few staff favorites, we have had rocky times with a couple in the past but we still go because the food is awesome. One time we even had one of the cooks come ask how everything was which was different but this is a place that really cares about their clientele! Will always be regulars!

Haven't been in Cape Cod for a few years and we came here for a birthday dinner. Very tasty lobster roll! Would recommend!!

My husband and I love the 400!!!! The wait staff is fantastic and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. The 400 has by far one of the best clam chowders on cape! I have to have it every time we’re in. They always have different specials for every night which are always so tasty. If your in the east harwich area, you will have to stop in!
