Best restaurant on Cape Cod. Sure, the views are spectacular overlooking Pleasant Bay, but the cuisine even outshines the views and the staff even matches in charm the breathtaking views and the elegant cuisine! Thanks 28 Atlantic for making my birthday so magical if not majestic!

The fish I had was cooked to perfection. We all were very pleased with our dinner. The service was excellent. Theses young professionals really paid attention to detail. And what can I say ... the view is breathless. . Cheers

Nice setting. Not quite able to live up to its pretensions. Food was good, but not memorably so. More complicated than complex. Very long wait before we were served. Very noisy.

Our waitress, Khanya, made an absolutely awesome meal even more special! The staff was professional and friendly and accommodating but the food was utterly spectacular! The farm to table vegetables combined with the sublime flavors coaxed out of the food from the kitchen was out of this world. We’ll be back!!

We enjoyed another meal at 28 Atlantic on 6/24. The dining experience, the food itself and service were superb as always. Part of the charm is the elegance of the environment and the respect that most patrons have for the fine dining experience. Unfortunately the restaurant has gotten too liberal with their dress policy. A young couple arrived shortly after us. She was dressed beautifully but he had on flip flops, gym shorts and an untucked shirt. When she left briefly to visit the ladies room, he got right into his iPhone. What a slug. If the restaurant management doesn’t control the obvious, soon they will loose the reputation they have built.
