CRUST

This is to good to be true. No word comes to me that can describe how marvelous this is. Pizza is a difficult topic but this was easy to decide upon. This was truly good. Most pizza is burnt or has a problem well CRUST is good, truly. The world has a lot of pizza places but only a few are the best. So to end I would like to say I have a lust for CRUST.

Very easily the best pizza in the area. Really the only place to get true Neapolitan pizza, after googling it you will see they are doing it perfectly. The pizza so far has been cooked great every time, not good and some times bad that plagues some pizza places in the area.
Great location choice well with easy parking and access. And Finally even though they where slammed the times I went the customer service was still great, no hints at being annoyed or upset.

A wonderful new addition to the Pittsfield Pizza Scene. Our 4 pies were fresh, hot and delicious. Pesto and Mushroom pies are outstanding. The premises are sparkling clean. The crew is enthusiastic. Kudos for opening during Covid19 era.

By nature, I am skeptical of new pizza because I've had so much bad pizza in my life. Pizza is - for lack of a better term - my love language. And when it's right, nothing can be wrong. That's exactly how I feel when eating Crust. Perfect Neapolitan pizza. The dough is right, the sauce is right, the cheese is right. And on top of that trifecta, the ingredients taste super fresh and the prices are incredible. We order multiple pies just to have leftovers which are surprisingly, very delicious cold. I recommend shredded basil as a finisher and I hope to try the honey soon. The owner is accommodating to our requests and I get the feeling that this is going to be a neighborhood staple for Pittsfield. Skip the prices and hype in other towns nearby and check out Crust for quality and value! I can only pray that they offer delivery this winter!

Build your own pizza with white sauce, sausage, mushrooms, fior de latte and mozzarella, finished with basil, truffle parm and red pepper flakes was totally awesome. True neopolitan style crust...light and airy, with just the right amount of chew, and the perfect balance of toppings to let all the flavors shine through (including the CRUST!)
