Excellent food, even better service! The Cuban omelette was outstanding!

These may be the best burgers you'll ever have (these rival my homemade specialty recipe). Handmade, good quality meats, and fantastic specialty toppings. You'll pay slightly more here than elsewhere, but it's well worth it.

Salads and sides are fresh made as well. Lettuce and vegetables are always fresh tasting. Definitely worth a visit if you like a high quality meal at a very good price. Service is fast and friendly, but sometimes you will have to wait to be seated, even if it appears not to be overly crowded when you get there. Cleanliness is average.

Hold on a second, I have to wipe some drool... just enjoyed a delicious burger called "The Refined Westerner." Did I mention how delicious it was? The service was also great! If you are ever going through Pittsfield, stop by Otto's for a belly buster of a burger!

I love this place. I eat here as often as I can. I have been going there since August 2018 and I have met all the waitresses and now i have a regular breakfast dish. If you are hungry for breakfast foods I'd go here. Hope you do too. Local place close to the Memorial Park. Good service.

The creative omelet choices are delicious. My favorite is the Reuben omelet. And they have gluten free bread!! So many choices but I rarely choose something other than the Reuben omelet because it is that good (and I normally don't like kraut!) the portions are huge for an excellent price. Love the expansion!!!!
