Taco Bell

If the manager Christina isn't there, don't bother going. She's the only one that truly cares about the customers. My order never gets made the way I order it. I'm allergic to raw tomatoes, and they don't even change their gloves. I'm very specific about my allergy when I order, too. I also order extra beef and sour cream which is roughly an extra $2 for my order, and I never get it!

I ordered the other day after stating my allergy, and there was a tomato in one of my Chalupas. I saw it right before I took the bite, it's a damn good thing because I definitely didn't feel like spending the night in the ER.

I have edited my review because I am happy to report things have gotten much, much better at this franchise since last year. It is cleaner and the quality of the food is much, much better. In fact, the only reason I didn't give all five stars is because the drink station is in need of a complete overhaul - the soda and ice machine is often in disrepair, is missing parts or is out of several choices; the iced tea dispenser almost never works. Well done guys - you're getting better!

It's Tex Mex with training wheels. If you substitute Black beans for meat it's almost kinda healthy. It's a nice change from your standard franchise fare.

This Taco Bell is very interesting. The service is slow but the employees are nice. And if you're cold outside you can sit inside and eat your meal. It's always nice and warm. They rarely forget anything. They always care about how you are treated and always makes sure to ask if you need anything else. This Taco Bell has gotten a lot better over the past couple of months.
