“Quality ingredients, immaculately kept kitchen, and fast preparation. One item in particular, crab rangoon, is by far the best I've eaten. The cream crab inside is bountiful, not too salty, and the outer layer is light and crisp. They take pride in the cooking, which is reflected in their expanding customer base. I would suggest more seating area, wider lobby to accommodate the waiting patrons. Regardless, the food is worth the wait; people tend to forget the trivial inconveniences once indulged by China Sails food.”

“This isn't a sit down and eat Pizza Hut. This is more of a "get it to go" place. As of writing this it's brand new so they're still on their toes, so everything right now is really well made. It's clean, well located, and so far the people have been nice. The only real downside is the parking lot. It's extremely small and it's shared with other businesses so there often isn't a place to park.”

“Went to Tipsy Seagull first but they were full house. Tipsy Toboggan dont have outside seating by the water here but you can still see the sunset on the water from inside the building. The portion size were large and the servers of a very sweet and attentive. I went during the summer but they have super cute fireplaces adding to the ambience of the place.”
