Today I spoke with one of the managers. The conversation with her was great. I won’t get into the details. I appreciated Fat Cousins for reaching out. I still recommend Fat Cousins if you haven’t tried it, food is delicious. I will continue to order from there. FC usually 4 stars

I usually order from FC and have no issues and recommend, but tonight all issues. I ordered on line through there app. Gave details how I wanted my order and I guess they didn’t want to follow it. They were closing. Order the chicken Mozambique fries wanted no onions and it’s swimming in onions, (what if I had an onion allergy) barely any fries and Mozambique sauce. Got tenders with sauce on the side and no sauces on the side and chicken barely cooked. Pizza was ok. Spend over $50 very disappointed in tonight’s service.

First time ordering from Fat Cousins, the person taking our order was very polite, the timing they said for order to be ready was right on time. Food was delicious and very fresh. Highly recommend the Bacon Chicken Ranch pizza and Greek salad with grilled chicken. Will definitely be coming back! They also do donations to local organizations and give a 10% of the days profits when the organization is mentioned. Place was very clean and all employees were very professional.

I got the spicy Hawaiian pizza. It was very good but the 3 toppings were so minimal, I thought they forgot them! I literally tasted 1 piece of ham, saw 3 tidbit pineapples, should be called "tinybit". So I was disappointed. I think I would've enjoyed my pizza more if I could've tasted the toppings with the pizza. My granddaughter liked the steak and cheese. My daughter had the Greek salad. Was plentiful for sure. She expected red onions but it had regular onions which she doesn't like, had to pick them all out. If she had known it was regular, she would've said no onions. Staff were great. I'll go back.
