“If they say 20 mins, expect 40. Consistently behind whatever their schedule they told you is. The foods good, though pricey. I ordered online for the first time since they seemed to be having phone issues. In that page I apparently forgot to tip, usually I just put cash in the jar so the servers get it faster at the end of the shift. After waiting the 10-15 mins after the time I was given, I finally got my food. On the way out the server decided to call out "thanks for the tip,sir, we really appreciate it". With that attitude consider it a bill for my time you've wasted in all the times I've gone there. I wasn't aware tipping was mandatory beyond the $6-7 you'd give a delivery driver.”
