“Not bad, not great. Elizabeth Bagels in Franklin are far superior, then I’d say bagels and cream in Norton, then this. Cream cheese isn’t great here, bagels are pretty good. Customer service could use a bit of help. All in all, I’d say about average, nothing special for a place that specializes in bagels”

“First impression: cleaned, organized lobby, tables are clean and flowers at the top (good idea, looks good) Staff: She said "welcome to Dunkin how can I help you" that is no a normal welcome on any of my Dunkin visited. Why 3 stars: my croissant was burn, the beacon just one piece no bigger than 1 inch the egg was warm. Price: $$ Maybe I'll back to see if I have to edit my review.”
