Wait staff was incredibly kind, however it took an hour and a half to get our food. Understand that there are staffing issues everywhere at the moment due to the pandemic. When we got our food we ended up just taking it home and my order was wrong/soggy. Will probably end up coming again, just not for a while until staffing shortages are sorted.

Such great service and good vibes! A little short staffed but they made sure to make up for any delays by providing excellent service so please be patient. The food was worth the wait with good portions, My wife’s drink was strong too! So much to choose from, can’t wait to go back. Visited for a family members birthday and we couldn’t have asked for better company! Thanks Sol de Mexico!

Great Mexican vibes. Authentic food. Was very delicious. Finally a good mojito!! Be patient guys. They need help like EVERY business during the pandemic.

Watch out El Mariachi. Sol de Mexico has taken over the old Olive Garden and I couldn’t be more happy. The food is authentic Mexican and it was the best I’ve had in a while. The service is immaculate. They opened yesterday and already have things running so smoothly. Our host Emanuel Jr. had us seated immediately. On top of that the owner Alex was so polite and checked on us to make sure the service was good. Drinks from Donovan the bartender came out less than three minutes from ordering. Our server Haylee couldn’t have been more attentive and polite and super knowledgeable of the menu despite just opening yesterday. I will be returning here often. The cucumber jalapeño margarita is honestly one of the best drinks I’ve had in a while. If there is one thing to take from this review it would be GO ASAP AND GO OFTEN. Our community needs more places like this :)

Absolutely DELICIOUS food and FANTASTIC service! This branch just opened but it was very clean, staff was super friendly and attentive and the food was great. Would highly recommend and definitely coming back!
