“I went here Mon 4/8/19 for lunch with my school friends and teacher and Instructional Assistant and I had their Umi Chicken with Noodles and let me tell you it was the best thing I ever had considering i have never had anything from their restaurant before this menu item that i had was soooooooo good... It is a must have if your at the Northshore Mall in Peabody MA and you try this place it is a must have while i haven’t tried any of their other things and only the Umi Chicken and the Lo-mein noodles the food was sooooo good.. Service was superb! I can’t remember the woman who served me but if you served me Monday around 12:15pm at the Northshore Mall you deserve some recognition for your amazing and kind service you gave me. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone it’s a great place to have some Japanese Food. Btw Management or Corporate of Umi Japan if your reading this please thank this woman for me for her service.. I will be back next time i’m at the Northshore Mall..”

So I tried something new, 5cheese Mac n cheese with bacon. While the Mac was good, not great, there was at least, a half piece of bacon in the entire dish. One of the employees noticed a salad was given to customer with onions she didn't order a salad with onions. He quickly ran out and fixed the order. Other places make mistakes you will be home saying I told them no onions! It's the simple fact everyone makes mistakes. It's what we do after is the most important. “Food is pretty good. Delivery is clueless. Each of four times same issue. We give clear instructions on online order. Then again when they call, each time, without a clue. They always park at wrong building (there are only two). They call, we reissue instructions. They either don't or won't understand. I think they make no effort to perform their delivery task. We have to go down 3 floors, leave the building, cross the parking lot and meet him at his car. Thoughtfully, he was leaning against he car, watched and waiting for us as he smoked a cigarette. NO effort to meet us, or at least cross the lot and get to the correct building. At least they got the rice order correct this time. We are just across the downtown area. Very local. Gave online tip of 19.25% of TOTAL amount including taxes and all fees.”
