I can't judge the burgers because I didn't get one, BUT...
Everything else was absolutely amazing. The frappes were out of this world! I got "The King" but my friend got the "Smores".. Both were presented beautifully and tasted incredible.
The Mac and Cheese balls were probably the biggest hit at the table, so I highly recommend trying those.
The pizza fries, garlic parm fries, chip nachos and fried pickles were also super yummy.
Overall a great dining experience. Highly recommend it to anybody visiting Salem :)

Loved it so much we are here twice! Burgers are out of this world and definitely worth the hype. The chowda and frappes were also incredible!

Been twice, both similar experiences. A little pricey but worth it if you want to indulge. Had a couple burgers, done okay, dressed and covered with deliciousness. Service was okay, very busy during the times I went. Decent local beer selection. Amazing and creative dessert options. I will go back for their specials.

Boston Burger Company is a great place to eat and the ambience was terrific. The restaurant was full staffed with friendly and courteous staff. I had a build your own burger with BBQ sauce, onion rings and ham with pickles and olives, the build your own burger is one of the many burger items on the menu. Also got an order of cheese fries with bacon. They were the best tasting fries I have ever eaten. 5 stars

Excellent food. Menu is amazing with so many options. Great service, attention to detail and friendly. Allergy issues are not a problem here! Entire family loved the place. Strongly recommend.
