Caffeine's Midtown

This place is excellent! Wonderful food, nice atmosphere. I had the Cobb salad and my husband a BLT, both were delicious! The restaurant was very busy, but our server did an excellent job even though she was on her own. Whoever is working in the kitchen cares about what they do and it shows. I can’t wait to go for dinner.

If you love food, and do not visit this restaurant the next time you dine out, you are doing yourself a terrible disservice. The food isn’t simply delicious, it’s moving. Between my last two visits I have let slip a not-so-subtle moan on my first bite of three different menu items. You might assume my wife was mortified, but she had the exact same reaction to her own meals. I am not embellishing, it’s that good. Go… right now! Enjoy the best meal you’ve had in a very long time and come back to this review and tell the world I am not a crazy man. I have no doubt that this will become your new favorite restaurant after one visit. We are so fortunate to have such a talented and creative chef in our little part of the world.

WOW!! Absolutely amazing place. 5 stars plus. The entrees are definitely a “higher level” presentation/tasting. Very cozy, quaint and comfortable. If you are looking for some fantastic food and want a nice elegant evening out look no further!
Owner/chef has been around the area for years. Trained and opened a few well known chefs-restaurants in the area.
BYOB .. we enjoyed that. Highly recommend you check out this gem!

Went with friends for dinner. Dining room was cozy and clean. Attentive service. Menu somewhat small and only 2 specials (soup and entree). We ordered octopus, mussels and pear salad. Octopus was excellent and the pear salad was delicious as well. The mussels were very good, sauce exactly as it should have been. Only observation, the mussels themselves were very small. Entrees were very solid dishes as well. Short rib was cooked perfectly, veal was tender and sauced perfect. The avocado salad on the veal although at first was a bit odd for me, played great with the entire dish. We absolutely will be back!

Came in on Sunday! Got an eggs Benedict, had Kathy as a server and that was the best breakfast I've ever had. We're not going to mention how hungover I was, but my Sunday changed from Sunday to fundamentals. Best time ever.
