Outstanding service! We visited on a busy Friday evening and only one employee, Brenda, was on duty . She did an outstanding job quickly taking each customized order, expertly assembling the sandwiches, and ringing us up. Our sandwiches were delicious.
Ordered online and got an excellent tuna sub. I suspect that not too many people do that, because it allowed us to cut a pretty long line. I imagine that this subway is popular among Wilbraham residents afraid to venture into Springfield. It is also close by to the line though, and near other shopping making it a convenient location.
Pretty consistent food , better than fast food
The food was great! Sandwiches made with care. Nice clean shop! Definitely a great location with fast service.
