Good burgers. They don't have that old fashioned flavor, but if you like fancy burgers, you'll love Red Robin.
Their onion rings are amazing and the steak fries are among my favorite. Plus they're endless. So are the onion rings, if you get them as your side. Costs an extra .99¢, but is very much worth it.
I also like that their soda glasses are big. You don't have to keep asking for refills.
The staff has always seemed to know what their doing and service has always been up to par.

Great atmosphere, great food. Service can use some improving. Waiter took order, brought order and didn't come back until we were done.
Normally this is a wonderful place. We went with friends and the hostess was the sweetest person ever. She was prompt, friendly, caring and started our trip out well. However, our waiter was not good. It took forever to have him come over, then he got the drink order wrong. He says he will fix it, leaves the wrong drink on our table even though we asked him to take it back. Then he got my food order wrong. I was just glad I had no food allergy for him to mess up. He didn't bring our food, someone else did, which was fine but it was another 10 minutes before he came to our area. Normally the waiter returns within a minute or two if it wasn't them who brought the food out. It wasn't busy, there was barely anyone there. Never got asked if we wanted refills. It took so long to get the originals we didn't dare ask when he finally came over. We asked for to go boxes, he said sure. Did he bring them? Nope. I watched him wander to the kitchen, move things around, lean on the wall and talk to a worker and stand in the area where to go boxes are kept. Figured he was getting them...nope. He walked toward us looked at our table and walked away to chat with someone else. I had to go up and ask someone else for our boxes. Overall, not impressed with our lunch there. To be fair, the manager did apologize and say he would talk to the waiter. So instead of 1 star I gave 3 because the hostess and manager were decent and respectful; the food was ok.
