Best local breakfast in town, bar none. The real thing.

This is a local american restaurant.
Nothing special with that.
Economy food with acceptable dish size.
Nothing fancy or interesting, just a simple food.
It not good for group, we were a group of 8 friends and they even didn't let us to move the tables and we had to set in separate tables.
It would be my last option in the Amherst area, there are lots of other good places to eat.

So disappointed! I've heard so many great things about this place from friends, but it just didn't meet my expectations. The waitress wasn't super bubbly with our table as she was to the one right behind us, so that was disheartening. My boyfriend and I ordered the special (not sure what it's officially called), but it has a combination of breakfast foods. I have pretty high standards for breakfast potatoes... but these had little flavor. For the price, you get enormous portions. I just thought it was going to something special, and it may be unfortunately due to the hype from everyone. My favorite breakfast place is Roadhouse Cafe (just further down the street). It'll be really hard to top, since they are also very cheap and offer lots of food and homemade bread.
