Pizza Palace Restaurant

Great Food. Great service. Shabby surroundings. We are recently relocated to the Granby / South Hadley area and found this pizza restaurant while running errands one evening. A nice location on Rt 202 (W. State St.) with easy access and plenty of parking. Our waitress was nice, social and competent. The pizza was very good. However, the place seemed a bit rundown. The carpet under the tables in some of the booths was worn through to the floor. The rest room, although clean, has had no updating since the early 1970's. Everything was well worn and a bit shabby.

Food is really good. Customer friendly!!

I visit Granby once a year and I always have to, no exceptions, have a tuna grinder at the Pizza Palace. I travel a lot and have never had a better tuna grinder. This last visit to Granby I had a grinder at Pizza Palace five times and can't wait to return.

My violin teacher Adam Sweet who lives here in town recommended them. The pizza is excellent, especially the sauce. My wife asked to buy some and they gave us a little to take home. I had a veggie calzone which was huge and fantastic. My wife had a greek salad which she said is the best she's had in western Mass. I've added this place to my list of weekly stops :)
