Chili's Grill & Bar

The place was clean, food was delicious, and service impeccable. It was a great way for me to celebrate Easter.

We were in town on Saturday to catch a college game and were looking for a quick bite beforehand. Had been seeking out Wings Over Amherst but couldn’t seem to pinpoint its location, and found Chili’s instead. As soon as we walked in we were greeted by the hostess/floor manager and directed to the bar area and some open tables. The place wasn’t too busy for 5 p.m. but there were several waitstaff moving around. Within moments the only waiter on-duty came over, introduced himself and took our order. Shortly after, the bartender came over and followed up with a friendly chat. We got our apps and beverages just a few minutes later and were able to be in and out in plenty of time to get to the game on time. High marks for our two helpers, and to the other staff and managers; all of whom were working diligently and had things well in-hand. I would def return here in the future and recommend it to anyone in the area.

There was a problem in the kitchen and after telling everyone a " 20 to 25 minute wait" and waiting 15 minutes they then told everyone about the issue and it would be an additional 30 minutes. The waitress was full of energy and very concerned that we liked our meal. Food was very good.
