Cinemark At Hampshire Mall and XD

So they used to be better. They used to offer non members tickets on Tuesdays for 575. They took that away and made it for members instead. They do offer free refills which is nice and they're concessions are decent to if just overpriced. However they charge for popcorn flavors unlike Greenfield Garden Cinemas. So the Garden is still better but this cinemark is better than gardner cinemas.

Theater was clean and comfortable. But signage outside the theater is terrible. We bought our tickets online, but when we got to the theater, we had no idea which line to stand in to get our actual tickets. And once we found it, about 5 other people asked us which line we were in, because they didn't know where to go, either. Very frustrating.

Very comfortable environment. I would really recommend this place if your looking for a nice night out with friends. Why not order some popcorn and a drink to go with your movie while you're at it? Then sit back, relax, and bring on the good times.

I don't like the way that you have to pick out your seat when you buy your ticket. I would rather go back to the way it used to be and be able to sit wherever you want. I noticed that just because you have to pick your seat that not everyone sits in the right place and people were being asked to move which is difficult after the movie has already started. I thought the theater was dirty and didn't look like it was cleaned after each movie. At the cost of a ticket and the outrageous cost to buy snacks who wants to sit in a theater that doesn't look like it has been cleaned but maybe once a day at the end of the night. I would think that if they are going to charge $15 for a drink and a popcorn then they could hire someone to do even a quick cleaning between movies.

Very, very pleasant staff. They took the time to answer my questions and converse with me. They were very professional and very enjoyable to talk to at the concessions as I bought Stephen King's IT merchandise and used my Cinemark rewards app for points.
The cinema itself is very comfortable and equipped with machines to buy your tickets stress-free. This particular cinema always has movie merchandise and continues to be a good place to visit.
