Absolutely love the food. Best Tacos in or near Amherst

I'll start by saying this is a lovely family-run store with a great selection of Latin ingredients. I walked in looking for queso fresco and walked out with much more. Unfortunately, when I got home and opened the cheese I noticed it had an off flavor, and then saw the fuzzy green mold. Sure enough, I checked the dates on both packages and they had both expired 3 WEEKS before. This was very disappointing given that I needed both for a dinner I was preparing for friends that evening. So just a word of warning to check dates on the fresh items you purchase...I wish I had!

Really good food. I had a chorizo torta and it was done right.

Huge selection of hard-to-find groceries. We've enjoyed their frozen green corn tamales, Salvadoran and Guatamalan cheeses, and chorizo, to name a few.

Everything we've tried from the kitchen has been good - tamales, tacos. Would like to try their breakfast.

The proprietors are cheerful, attentive, and very sweet. We wish them the very best with their venture.

Excellent authentic Mexican food. I’ve tried their burritos, quesadillas, and tacos. All delicious. The place is family run and is a much better alternative to bland chains like Chipotle, Qdoba and Hot Head tacos. I usually call ahead, food is ready in 15 mins or so. Enjoy!
