Generally speaking, reservations are a good idea. Professional, courteous staff, menu is Italian classics done very well. At times the kitchen needs to check its seasoning: on my last visit the dish was over-salted quite a bit. Generous cocktails. My favorite appetizer is the seared scallops.

We went to Alina's "blindly". We are in town for a family celebration, all from other states, and it was one of the places recommended by our hotel. I'm so glad we followed the suggestion, because from start to finish, it was a delightful meal! We were quickly seated and then greeted by our waitress, Allison, who deftly was able to describe, from memory, the lengthy and detailed descriptions of specials. The presentation of our appetizers piqued our interest right away. The plating was beautiful, and they arrived in a very timely manner. Both apps were delicious and a nice complement to the warm rolls. Our entrees arrived shortly after appetizers plates were cleared and all 4 in our party raved about our meals. Throughout, our waitress was attentive without being overbearing. While it is a bit pricey, the food, service, and ambiance are well worth the cost of the meal. Can't recommend it more strongly. My family had a wonderful experience here for dinner. Absolutely wonderful Italian food. Incredible veal, home made pasta, excellent service. Recommend very highly. Have been there twice and will go back again and again that's how good it is.

Our 4th time and still 100% happy. We've come on Tuesday, (date night) a few times and the place is packed! The food, drinks and service have been great every time. Plus date night deals are decent. Route 9 is not my favorite but this place could be. Come check it out..

The best place to eat in all of Western Mass, maybe all of New England! The pasta is beyond amazing and the steak is as good as the best NYC steakhouse I've ever had. When the owners are the chefs, you k ow why I've had about 50/50 fantastic meals. Non better, period! Enjoy!
