The Irish nachos were very good and there was a pretty good beer selection. I went there on a Friday night and it was not too busy. There is a separate bar area from the dining area and two separate bathroom areas. I would go back again to check out the food.
Drinks are good and cheap. The owner is salty and hilarious (but also really enjoyable to talk to). The food is out of this world. I had a $5 brisket sandwich that melted like fudge in my mouth. You could tell he takes pride in what he puts out.
Yet another place from my past that has held up over the years. I would really call this place a watering hole since you all gather around a central bar, and tend to run into people you know! Fun vibe, and always loved the blueberry beer on draft that had blueberries in it!
This is a pretty good sports bar type pub. It's connected to a restaurant and also has decent pub food. It's basically a room with a huge horseshoe bar. It's got a ton of TVs all over, so if you're looking for a less distracting place look elsewhere. If you're looking to pony up to a lively bar, this could be your place.
Great selection and decent prices! The bar itself is rather small and seating is circled around the oval shaped bar, comfortable and not intimidating ambiance. They have a great selection of appetizers, burgers, salads, and a build your own Mac and cheese. They had an interesting drink menu that included popular drinks as well as some very delicious looking original cocktails. Will definitely go again soon.
