“The staff is friendly, even warm. Service is prompt but not rushed. The atmosphere is relaxed and artistic (if you think a vegan restaurant should have ambiance like a steak house, go elsewhere.) The food is consistently fresh, delicious, served in generous portions. The baked goods... out of this world! Although the business is committed to compassionate living, NO ONE gets in your face about it. Parking is limited, but if you go one block beyond, there is plenty of free, on-street parking. We rarely eat out, because we both love to cook, but this is the one place we do go ”

“Overpriced, overrated. Baked goods are tasty but hardly the best in town. Bagels are tiny and a sandwich will run you $10. Said sandwich will then languish in the center of a vast empty plate leaving you feeling lonely and unsatisfied as well. The atmosphere is loud and crowded, and the tables are wobbly and dirty. Hardly conducive to a pleasant afternoon.”
