Five Guys

Refused to cook burgers well done. Said he was not allowed? Store # 1451

Clean. Looked well staffed with people hammering out orders in about 6 minutes per ticket. I personally ordered 3 Cheese burgers loaded with condiments and a small fry, 9 minute full time from ordering to walking out the door. I noticed 3 people in front of my before I ordered and 4 that followed me. While I was waiting for mine, I saw a well kept kitchen area, and speedy workers in a pretty outstanding mood. Burgers were tasty as always.

Burgers were good... I noticed that every person that walked in had been told they had to wait a minute..... every one . I was there for about 40 minutes.

Seemed odd. Thet were not busy. 1 customer every 5 minutes or so. Maybe the manager was doing double duty and training....

They need to understand that If we ask questions is because we address not familiar with tha place and not been ignorant treating people. Food excellent . But front service guy needs better customer service etiquette

Greats burgers! A little more expensive than your average fast food Restaurant, but very high quality. The staff there were very kind. The milkshakes there are AMAZING. If you go there, you have to get one! Over all, 5 guys is a great Restaurant. Expect a 5-8 minute wait for 2 large burgers. So they are pretty quick. 5 guys is great!
