“I work in the plaza myself, I am a massage therapist at My Salon Suites and I was elated to learn that a restaurant would be close by. I finally had the chance to go in the other day at the end of my shift, and it was absolutely spectacular. I enjoyed the upbeat jazz playing over the radio and the natural lighting. A client of mine recommended I try the Chicken Pot Pie but when I had gone in, I was told that they wouldn’t be serving this dish for another hour. However, my waiter had asked the kitchen ( without my request, which was VERY nice of him to do ), and I was delighted to learn that they would prepare it for me anyway! I also ordered an appetizer of poutine fries that were delicious and not at all over saturated with gravy. A few friends and hairdressers from My Salon Suites had come in as well and I joined them over at bar afterward for some light conversation. There were kind people behind the bar, and it was pleasant to share conversation with other restaurant goers at the counter. It all made this first time experience for me quite an enjoyable occasion. “I'm a big fan of Yas Chicken so we had to come here and try the new location at Burlington. I got my usual the chicken and waffle. Chicken was so fresh, hot and crunchy. Loved every bite of it. The waffles were a bit disappointing. They were good but not their usual hot and fresh waffles I've had before. They tasted stale and not the best. The supreme sandwich was really good but it felt like it had less sauce than usual. Fries were delicious as always. They have a small seating area. Overall a decent experience with everything. I think they can improve on consistency with the food taste. The staff were super friendly!”

“We went here for our anniversary and everything was fantastic. We were taken directly to our table where an anniversary card from the restaurant was waiting for us. Our server Molly was charming and wonderfully attentive, she really made the evening shine. To top the evening off we were treated to dessert, whatever you do don't skip the Gigantic Chocolate Cake!”

“TL;DR: Fogo is always a great night out with amazing food and this new location is good with a staff who is delightful and friendly. I'd probably wait a couple of months before coming back so that the restaurant gets their routine more smooth. Definitely make a reservation and arrive early. Location: what a wonderful spot at Burlington mall. You don't have to fight for parking and it's convenient to get to while being accessible Atmosphere: whoever did the interior design here did a spectacular job. Lots of elegant but eye catching decor while the grilling station is the center point of the room. Layout: a little cramped and close together - the restaurant just opened so I think a lot of the staff are still figuring out the flow of movement and timing Food: so delicious! Everything was melt in your mouth with so many choices. Things were cooked well and they have seasonal sides which were very mouth watering. Drinks: I had two different beverages, one being a signature cocktail. They weren't overly sweet nor overly alcohol heavy so kudos to the bartender! Service: once we were served, we received a welcoming and friendly interaction. The folks here are great. It did take us over 40 minutes to be seated (it was a Friday night) after being told it was a 10 minute wait which I think is just learning more about timing and how tables turn over. Just be polite and ask for an update. We had to ask for silverware and tokens to start the service but after that was done, everything was smoother.”

“My husband and I had a wonderful experience at this new location! They opened about a month ago. This one is located with two sets of doors, one on the outside of the mall near the Asian Fusion restaurant and Nordstrom. There’s doors that lead straight into the mall from there, too. There are 4 ordering pads in front of the register as you walk in, so you can take your time looking at the menu and order at your own pace. The management is very kind, and the food is delicious as you’d expect at Shake Shack. Mobile ordering is an option, so you can pickup when you need to, and there is lots of indoor seating if you’d like to stay, though.”

“AMAZING! This place has some of the best food I’ve seen in Massachusetts. We stopped by for lunch and were not disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. Normally I'm wary of these kinds of restaurants that cover too many types of cuisines, but I thought Karna did a great job. Everything we ordered was delicious. The sushi in particular was delicious.
