We went here for our anniversary and everything was fantastic.
We were taken directly to our table where an anniversary card from the restaurant was waiting for us.
Our server Molly was charming and wonderfully attentive, she really made the evening shine.
To top the evening off we were treated to dessert, whatever you do don't skip the Gigantic Chocolate Cake!
Celebrate specially occasion here and heard about the brand fame. I probably won’t come back again as the food taste is way below its price point. I’ll choose Eddies V or Captital Grill.
Bone in ribeye- good portion for two to share. Very SALTY! it ruins the great steak taste. Steak quality is way above. Tell your waiter with less or no salt. I didn’t try the pricy USDA ribeye and hope it may not be.
Salad and pea soup is great and recommended.
Chocolate cake is a must try and if I come back again. It is this cake. $15 giant piece. You beat cheesecake factory next door. Haha. May be not a fair compare.
Service is poor at the price. Tell waitress and manager about the salty steak. Only manager asks what they can do and that’s it. I’m expecting more at this level.
This place just doesn’t disappoint. From our server Jessica, to the GM Steve, to Bartender JC, everyone was simply REMARKABLE! It was a great way to spend my birthday and the customer service experience was FABULOUS! I really can’t say enough. The food, a 6 star meal. I mean, cooked to perfection. Kudos to the cooks out back who never get THANKED or RECOGNIZED for their awesome dedication to put out good food. Jessica really did a splendid job representing the brand and I will personally ask for her to wait on me next time because she was just on another level. A hidden gem who should be groomed for advancement. SHES GOT IT! Would I return? That would be a HELL YEAH!!!
June 2023: Smith and Wollensky opened last week and we have been looking forward to this opening. We ordered an American Wagyu Porterhouse for two and a crab cake appetizer. I will start with the good. The steak was cooked perfectly, it was delicious. The service was attentive and friendly. It was raining and the valet walked me to the car with an umbrella over me without me asking. What could have been better is the presentation of the dish, and I would have enjoyed it sliced thinner. For a $500 meal I expected a little better presentation.
