It has one of the best veggie ramen in town. The service is very quick and the staffs are very friendly. The health protocol is quite systematic with tracing form, QR scan menu, and temperature check
Muku definitely has one of the best vegetarian ramens in Boston-Cambridge area. I like all the toppings, and the broth is very creamy. Will definitely come back again in the future!
Giving a five star since the Karen who posted brought the reviews down because of her own ignorance. One of the tastiest ramens I’ve had in Boston— they just opened so they’re trying their best to have amazing quality food. Run by a Japanese family; they know what they’re doing and cooking. FYI, soup is on the thicker side due to extra cream but perfect for the winter!
Tried this place for the first time last night, and it was great! Had the sausage appetizer -- I can't resist ordering anything with the word "sausage" in it -- and the Shoyu ramen. (Because, again, two kinds of roast pork!)
Ramen really is an intriguing subculture of Japanese cuisine, and these guys have elevated this humble noodle to another level with their traditional AND modern fusion menu offerings. I mean, cream cheese tofu? Fried oysters or shrimp with jalapeno tartar? Can't wait to try those next time!
One of the best ramen shops I've been to. I got the veggie tan-tan with a side of ajitama (marinated eggs). Everything was absolutely delicious and well done.
The noodles were flavorful and chewy, the veggies and toppings were interesting and complimented the rest of the meal. The soup itself was unique in that it was thick to the point of almost being more of a sauce for the noodles and was rich, but not to the point of excess. It also had a sweetness to it that made for a great sweet & spicy combination.
The added eggs were perfectly cooked for a delicious, jammy consistency and well marinated for great flavor. 5/5, would definitely recommend.
