Well-located spot near MIT for a classy outdoor patio brunch, especially with the heat lamps in the winter. The party of 5 ordered hot drinks and modern brunch dishes such as eggs en cocotte, shakshuka, kimchee fried rice and burger. Service was pleasant.
Food was delicious! However, very expensive for the sizes, even for Boston. My biggest problem was they charge for soda water AND for refills on it. I've never been charged 7$ for just some tap water with CO2. It was a surprising bill. I will say, there was a rat in the patio right before we left. On the other hand, our waiter was incredible and very accommodating! We ate outside and loved the patio, until the rat...
Went for a late brunch, sat outside on their patio. I entered through the interior, which was very modern and hip. The back patio was spacious, tables were distanced. The outdoor heaters were better than most places, as they hang overhead of your table and are very efficient. I had the brunch carbonara, which was very flavorful. The pasta was homemade and so fresh! Usually I regret ordering pasta, but this one exceeded expectations. For dessert I had the peanut-washed bourbon cocktail. It hit the spot, not sweet, but a slight peanut butter flavor layered into the bourbon. Loved this place!
urbane and delicious, and then some more deliciousness. Love this place, love the unique flavors, creative juicy small plates, imaginative entres, a veritable United Nations of modern flavor dancing on your tongue--it's almost better than traveling to those culinary destinations. Ambiance is also lovely in the patio. Warm heaters and the best cocktails in Cambridge, and I have tried them all since 1991. Highly recommend for date night or just hanging out solo. Nice crowd too, the type you actually want to have conversations with. Best addition to Cambridge in years.
It's the latest restaurant to open up in Cambridge. What a time to open a new restaurant. It's tied to the hotel on the premises.
They have inside dining as well as patio. Patio have big heaters so you can dine comfortably till it gets Sub-Zero.
Food was excellent even though the menu is rather limited. Staff was courteous. They were wearing masks the whole time.
Can't wait to try their brunch which they say will start next Sunday.
