When not treated as a healthy option, the açaí bowls are delicious and well presented. They contain sugar and artificial sweeteners, probably to offset the sour taste of açaí. This should be considered for nutritional reasons that although delicious, better as an occasional food than frequent meal. I cannot comment on the other menu items though, there appeared to be some that did not contain sugar and were mostly fruit but I would ask to be sure. The staff was friendly and quick to answer questions.
*Follow up: regarding the manager's response, he seems to be uninformed about what is in the açaí bowls. According to the ingredients list I was given, there is tapioca syrup, cane sugar, erythritol (a safe for most artificial sweetener), and stevia. For a company that brags about how fruit is better than sugar on their nutrition facts page, you would think they would be more excited to say they use banana rather than sugar and artificial sweeteners.

Very nice açaí bowls as well as other options like smoothies & such. Really loved the extensive menu options available with different types of fruits. I got the Nutella bowl & it was really delicious can’t complain it hit the spot for a snack on the go, but I didn’t stop there as I also got the aloha fruit smoothie with the chocolate whey protein which was fantastic as well. I really appreciate that I could chose my type of protein & that it even was an option , which is why I gave it 5 starts as most places are really strict on what you can & cannot have on certain smoothies. Great customer service & friendly. Definitely recommend when you are in and around Harvard square.

I absolutely love this place! It’s a bit out of my way to drive to but it was 100% worth it when I got there. Everyone was super nice the inside looked amazing and the music was great! I had been trying to find a place that had açaí bowls like the one I had on vacation and this place blew me away the coco craze bowl is amazing. I will definitely be back all the time

    Edit:
Originally had an issue with the order but the owner was quick to resolve the issue and genuinely cares about customer feedback. I appreciate their response and will certainly try it again.

I was super excited to try this place for the first time and if it wasn’t for them missing the actual ingredient, it would have been 5/5 for me. I went with the Nuteloco and it had everything except Nutella which was the main reason I got the bowl in the first place.

If you spend $13 on a desert, you would hope they get the ingredients right.

Good bowls but this is the second time now that I find a strand of hair in my açaí bowl and it is gross. It is not my hair.
