“Really cozy, homey atmosphere. I feel welcomed here and everything feels familiar in a way. Very comfortable. Food and wine were both wonderful and the menu is very easy to read through with simple pricing, which is really appreciated - Allows for one to focus on food and company rather than decision making. I had a very enjoyable time here and I’m excited to return.”

“The other big jazz club in Boston. Musical acts are often world famous and the club is small enough to feel cozy. If you plan on drinking get your order in as early as possible because they only ever have one bartender who works like a madman for the first hour. If the house if full you might have to wait 30+ minutes for your jazzy cocktail. Better yet, buy a drink from one of the bars downstairs and bring it with you. Your table neighbors will be green with envy.”

“10 stars for the food! Big portions, GREAT taste, very reasonable prices. I always eat here at least once anytime I'm in the area. 2 things to be aware of though. Very steep narrow down staircase to enter. Second, the wait staff tends to take awhile for everything (from drinks, to taking your order, to bringing the check).”

“This site is my preferable restaurant. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I always suggests to my friends to go to that place. when I feel like having a superb dinner, this place comes straightaway to my head. Great and all kinds of food and a rich cuisine.generous staff, and agreeable spirit. Also, the tariff is reasonable. I recommend this restaurant with no doubt.”

“Best slice I've had in Cambridge and up there for best in Boston with Galleria Umberto. It’s a no frills space with lots of locals and little to no wait - we were in and out with slices in under five minutes. Pinocchio’s specialize in Sicilian style, so deep-dish or thick-crust pizza - grandma’s style. They also have thin-crust Neapolitan but we didn’t have the time to give any of those a try. We had a tomato & basil and a classic pepperoni an both were incredible. Packed with flavor, good balance of oil, fresh basil and cheese. Overall a great experience, phenomenal pizza and the guys behind the register were great. There’s a reason Pinocchios has been here for decades and it’s not going anywhere.”

“A nice choice for having Korean and Asian Fusion foods within a nice environment. This restaurant also offers regular heavy meals. Some of their popular dishes are Fried Chicken Salad, Bulgogi, Chicken Strips, etc. Recommended for foodies nearby.”

“Great and friendly staff! I had Mac and Cheese with Mashed potatoes and gravy. Both very good and I was surprised of the quality of the potatoes and gravy. Both are snack size which fits the price. Once I have my jaw recovered and can chew I will try the other dishes. Heard amazing things about their fries too. Will definitely be coming back!”

“Had a wonderful Saturday dining experience. Our server Aaron was attentive, incredibly knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the menu. His recommendations (as well as Jamie's) were spot on and did not disappoint. This is by far my partner and I fave Italian spot. The team lead by Chef Michael and Pastry Chef Renae executes each dish very well. Another all around memorable and impeccable visit.”

“Wow. It's been a long time since I've had proper fresh ingredients, and this reminded me why farm to table is the hot thing. Simple, delicious salad, perfectly cooked potatoes, great eggplant and sauce, and vegan options for dessert! Prices were shockingly reasonable. Don't expect a huge portion for an entree, but everything else was substantial. Service was great; disciplined but still casual enough to have a laugh with the server.”

“This restaurant is my preferred one. I visit plenty of restaurants but to this restaurant I keep coming back again and again. The stuff is very receptive and the cooking they serve is so flavorful. I am always happy to have a nice meal in this restaurant. Highly recommended.”

“I think this is the only IHOP in the Boston/Cambridge proper. It's smaller than your average IHOP but the service was good and quick. The food was good, and it was one of the few places open on Christmas Eve”

“We went here for Valentines Day and it was great! The atmosphere is really nice. We sat at a nice round corner booth which was more than enough room for the two of us. It was nice and cozy, and I was happy with our seats especially since some of the free standing tables did look a bit crowded. There was a good variety of drinks, and the Tasting of Toast appetizer was delicious! Had a hard time deciding what to have for our entrees as they all looked good. I went on a limb and ended up having a Valentines scallop dinner special. Wasn’t my absolute favorite but I know I would have likely enjoyed any of the other options I was looking at. Would definitely stop by here again next time we’re in the Boston area!”

“Orinoco was good, but other restaurants are better. The entrance was a wrought-iron ivy gate, and passing through felt like discovering a secret world. Inside this small restaurant, the decor was thematic, and the cramped seating, though uncomfortable, fit the indie aesthetic. I ordered the grill plate, which came with steak, chicken, and chorizo for $26. All three meats were good enough, but "good enough" doesn't deserve five stars. Especially not with such underwhelming service. Orinoco has the misfortune of being a good restaurant surrounded by great ones. For hole-in-the-wall charm, I'd go to Pinocchio's Pizza or 9 Tastes Thai, both on the same block and at a lower price point. For great food, I'd go to Park, just across the street. Orinoco may be good, but not good enough to go back to.”

“Got an extra large oreo hot chocolate and munchkins. It was perfect for that rainy and cold day. Had to wait a little to sit down as all the tables were full inside. Ordered online 10 munchkins but got like 15 or so. Nice and smiley staff. Got an extra large oreo hot chocolate and munchkins. It was perfect for that rainy and cold day. “The food was very good. I really enjoyed my ziti pasta with chicken. The white sauce on top was great. The serving size was plentiful. The customer service though seemed indifferent. I have been here twice now, about a year apart. I would describe the experience about the same each time. Good food. Service, so so.”

“What a great place for a special dinner! Tallula was a really nice surprise. The waitress Danielle was super friendly and professional, explaining everything about the wines and the meals, which by the way were great! The space is relatively small and quite cozy, with s very familiar home vibe to it. Talulla is a hidden gem that I recommend to anyone interested in a high end dinner.”

“Fantastic Nepali food. You would have to go to a very upscale restaurant in Kathmandu to get food anywhere near as good. and it would cost you more! Delicious chili and curry dishes as spicy as you want the food. Tasty juicy momos. Rice pudding is over the top good. If you like Nepali food, you will love it. If you have never eaten it and like food flavored in wonderful spices like cardamom, cumin, garlic, ginger and other spices, you won’t be disappointed. And exceptionally nice owners.”

“Food This restaurant is certainly at the top of my Boston restaurant list. The food is phenomenal. The restaurant changes menu every six weeks and it is similar to Michelin style. We came here twice so far only because it is so hard to get a reservation. Every time we come, at least one dish would wow us and we always finish the meal with a satisfying big smile on our face. The only thing we were disappointed at was the butter they served for the bread. For restaurant like this, the butter should be as soft as cream, not like a block of cheese. I hope they can improve on this. Everything else It is a very small restaurant with about 20 seats. The seating is on one side and the other side is an open kitchen. The service is great. The waitress was patient and knowledgeable. Since the menu is prefixed with four courses, they always recommend people order the whole menu and share. It is $99 including tips and tax.”

“I got the Ziti puttanesca and it was heavenly. I feel so good after eating that meal. It was top notch. Just the right amount of everything. I can’t wait to eat there again. You will not be disappointed by this meal.”
