    This is the 3rd time going to this IHOP. The first 2 times were awful. Service bad. Took long time to be seated and the place was almost Empty. The second time the food took forever and when we got it the food was cold.
    Today we got a server that actually smiled and brought order quickly and it was terrific.

    We had a GREAT waitress Elizabeth, and she was sweet, smiled a lot and she was fast and efficient. The place is very clean and our breakfast was terrific! The front desk staff were very courteous and helpful making sure we got a comfortable booth too!

    Very nice wait staff and excellent waitress. Food was very good. Gordon Ramsey good? No. But a solid value and tasted great. Plus our waitress was great.

    With a chain like IHOP, you know what you're getting. it's not the most amazing breakfast you've ever had like that one time in Italy, but it's consistent. The food is good. And you can have it at 3:45 a.m. if you want to. There's something to be said for dependable and good enough. IHOP gets five stars for being good at what it is!
