Kura Revolving Sushi Bar

So, we were out of town and were told about this place, so we decided to try it. It was a fun experience. The food came on a conveyor belt, the plates kept traveling on the belt, and you chose what you want. You can also order thru an electronic pad located on the table. They also deliver your drinks with a robot, making it a different and fun experience. The price was reasonable, great for a quick bite

I definitely recommend it for the experience simply because I think it’s so cool to just grab any sushi you want and enjoy it. They change the theme of prizes every month or so I believe, but is usually character/show based theme. But getting little prizes for every plate that you finish which is 15 plates to get a prize but I think that’s too much. what about 10 plates for each prize because that seems more reasonable haha. Although some of the sushi is a bit subpar on quality, you pay 3.25 per plate so you can’t really expect super high-quality, but it can still improve on the menu. Other items are a little extra if you order them. The wait time can be rather long as they don’t do reservations and this location is on the smaller size so just make sure to go inside and sign up for the waitlist w/them because they’re currently having new changes on the app so sometimes you’ll be actually waiting longer than you think. Also, my only thing that I have to pick at is that the spicy mayo is horrendous. It looks nothing like what it typically should look like or taste, so I recommend possibly change it to something else that’s actually spicy mayo.

We've come here twice already! Food is delicious, staff is excellent, and the conveyor belt delivery system is so much fun! My only complaint is how the wait list worked the first time... You had to put your name in, make an account, and that was only to _get put on the actual wait list_! I would have preferred to just wait the longer time. Our second visit, we got there early and didn't have to wait, so it was a perfect experience!

For sure a different dining experience! Staff explained how it all works and we were able to self serve:) you can pick sides form the revolving part and order hot dishes/desserts/drinks through the self serve tablet. Everything tasted fresh, my ramen was excellent. If nothing else, Teriyaki ice cream will definitely have me come back for more! Prices here are very average for Asian restaurants in the area - $135 for party of 3 adults. Note- as of Nov 2023 they don’t have their alcohol license yet)

The food and the entire experience was amazing. The restaurant could have verb a bit cleaner. Dish shoots at the table as were the booth seats, floors and the bathroom could've used another go over. If you want us to wait outside, please provide a little more seating. Food was spectacular delicious! It's a good way to try sushi without committing to a huge roll. Well done over all. The kids will love it!
