Horseshoe Pub and Restaurant

Very good all around. Classic food, always a great meal. Have been many times and will continue.

Big party pub kind of place, great selection of IPAs but still down to earth. My Ipswitch clams were terrific. My girl's turkey burger was reportedly not that great, but she also ordered a turkey burger. Quaint little area that is probably a lot of fun when the sun sets. Good service, but laid back and normal.

Good food, nice outdoor patio. Usually good service. The tables outside are too cramped and there's nowhere to put your legs because they are built on top of old kegs.

A good spot in Hudson with a huge beer selection.
The staff is attentive and pleasant with fast service.
Creative apps make sitting out on the deck rewarding ( Reuben " egg roll" bites with russian dip)
The food falls behind in the main menu with inviting titles that seem to loose freshness at preparation.
Lobster roll with shredded lobster, chicken that was over cooked. This is a great classic pub that could easily shine if they refreshed the menu and the cook staff.

Wonderful food and friendly staff. The portions are big, we had to bring leftovers home with us. Can be pretty loud, but that's to be expected in a pub atmosphere. I especially liked their system of taking names if there's a wait. They text you a link for a website that will tell you how many people are ahead of you in line.
