The problem is is you are not here any shorter than 20 minutes and that's only waiting in line whether that be the inside or the drive-thru. Always seems really busy and not enough staff. The atmosphere is usually friendly, just really slow service. I actually stopped taking my clients here because the service is so slow.”

Although they did charge me for extra bag of chips and salsa with my burrito, and forgot to give it to me on two separate occasions, I still have to give them props.
