Very nice place. Food was good. Service was slow, even though they were not busy. Give it a try.

We've been twice and the staff is incredibly friendly with inventive and delicious sushi specials that you should ask about (for now until the new sushi special menu is released). Best bar in any of the sushi restaurants in Lexington with prices and taste rivaling Diakanyama which has been our preferred spot... Until now. Come in and meet Jerry in the bar who is super friendly and enjoy a fantastic meal and killer drinks. Hot take: the pear martini is killer!

For those of you who remember the old Yangtze River which was in Lexington Center for almost 40 years Sanyo is in the same location. The place has beautifully and expensively remodeled. The luncheon buffet is still available. Food is prepared in small quantities and constantly refreshed. Sushi is available as part of buffet. Great dessert section. Food is excellent. Minor complaints tea is charged per person but is delicious and service was just ok. All in a great place to eat. Buffet is $15.95 per person. Check it out. You will be glad you did.

A place I will keep returning to. Even better than the previous restaurant that was in this location. Lunch buffet has a terrific selection can't wait to go back for dinner. The atmosphere is truly lovely and the staff is amazingly friendly.

Renovated with new owner. Used to be the Yangtze River. I love this place so much more than the old one. Authentic delicious Japanese and Chinese food. Full bar with great bartenders. Place is clean and beautiful. Love the managers and staff.
